Meet our team
Koral Nuñez
CEO & Founder
Koral Nuñez is an experienced educational project manager with a solid track record in public and private institutions. Her work has had a significant impact on communities in various countries, excelling in programs spanning the arts, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) and language. Throughout his career, he has carried out projects that have transformed the lives of many people and contributed to the well-being of society.
With a career that has spanned multiple cities in the United States, Canada, the Dominican Republic and Germany, Koral has accumulated a wealth of international experience. During her numerous exchanges abroad, she has actively participated in various research programs, which has enriched her perspective and equipped her to address global challenges.
Currently, Koral Nuñez is focused on developing STEAM education policies and programs, as well as creating opportunities for Latin America and the Caribbean. Her commitment to education and youth empowerment in the region has been recognized internationally. She has been invited as a speaker and panelist at renowned global conferences and has received prestigious awards, including the “AEIF 2020”, “Leaders of Tomorrow 2011”, “Global Undergraduate Exchange Program 2013-2014”, “Emerging Leaders of the Americas Program 2015” and “INICIA Education 2017”, among other notable recognitions.

Dr.Cristal N Pride
COO
Dr. Cristal N. Pride is a medical doctor from the Dominican Republic. In addition to being the Chief Operating Officer of Akompas she also serves as the Chief Medical Officer and one of the Co-Founders of a Global medical internship agency that recently won “Most Innovative Healthcare Company of 2023”. Before moving to the United States she was the Medical Coordinator for a Clinical outreach non-profit in impoverished areas of her country. She also has experience working in different speciality areas of medicine and research departments including oncology, internal medicine and cardiology. Some of her research has been published internationally and she has presented before the American College of Physicians(ACP). In addition to her medical and research experience she also manages a real estate investment portfolio, has provided management services for consulting companies, and has over four years of seminar based leadership training.
Dr. Esmeralda Nunez
Medical Services Director
Esmeralda Núñez holds the prestigious role of Medical Services Director for the Dominican Republic. She currently works at a prominent Gastroenterological Center while actively pursuing her medical license and preparing for a prestigious medical residency program. She graduated with honors from medical school, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in medicine.
Esmeralda is not only dedicated to her profession but also enjoys reading, playing soccer, and traveling. Her ultimate goals are to excel in her medical career and explore the world through travel.
Her notable contributions extend to medical research, with her work published and presented at the Dominican Science and Technology Week and the Dominican Congress of Gastroenterology. Her dedication to advancing medical knowledge reflects her commitment to improving patient care and making a lasting impact in the healthcare industry.
Jeremy Losaw
Program Consultant
Jeremy is the Director of Engineering at Enventys Partners, a full service product development and launch agency in Charlotte, NC. He has 20 years of experience in engineering and guides product development programs for inventors, startups and established firms from napkin sketch to production in diverse market sectors like IoT, connected home, consumer goods, and sports protective. He holds more than 10 patents and his products have launched at CES, successfully funded on Kickstarter, and appeared on Shark Tank. He is the co-founder of Sak Labs which developed a novel infant carrier, and was runner up at Startup Bus 2018.
